Our Program is available for athletes' ages 8-12, beginner to advanced, that are involved in a variety of multi-directional sports (hockey, soccer, baseball, lacrosse, football, volleyball, cheerleading, figure skating, etc.). We will focus on developing the athletes' abilities including speed, agility, reactivity, balance, core stability, posture, functional strength, power, aerobics, flexibility and quickness; developing movement, not muscle.
